What should I bring to my private session?
We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towels, and a water bottle in a non-glass container.
Is the sauna experience private?
Yes. Ladybird Sauna is designed for seclusion. Your booking secures the entire sauna and relaxation area exclusively for you and your guests during your selected timeframe.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours, a 50% booking fee applies to cover setup and preparation costs.
How many heat levels can I adjust in the sauna?
Our sauna features an adjustable heat range from 60°C to 95°C. You will have full control over the temperature settings to ensure your individual comfort throughout.
